TrueOutflow is operated by Yarrum Apps Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We provide a Total Cost of Ownership analysis platform at trueoutflow.com and via our iOS application.
We collect information you provide when you create an account (email address, company name), information you enter into the product (project data, cost figures), and usage data to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and improve the TrueOutflow service, process payments, send product updates (with your consent), and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Each maintains their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@trueoutflow.com. Australian Privacy Act 1988 applies.
We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
